Some background on Bull Spreads

A Bull Spread is a simple derivative where the option’s floor and ceiling indicate the very lowest and highest points the contract can settle. This means they are the absolute limits of your risk and profit. If you trade the ‘EUR/USD 1.3480 – 1.4080 (3PM)’ Bull Spread, 1.3480 and 1.4080 are the most extreme points at which your contract can close, no matter how far the market moves beyond them.

Bull Spread contracts can have a per-point value of as little as $1, which adds enormous flexibility to your trading, with opportunities for highly leveraged trades with strictly limited risk loss-potential.

For more information see how to trade Bull Spreads and examples showing them in action.
